North Jakarta Mayor, Rustam Effendi admitted that he has received residents' complaints over dirty channels in RW, Papanggo Urban Village. " I received complaint last night, where many channels are strewn with trash and shallow. We'll follow up it today ," he said, Saturday (10/24).

He continued the cleaning itself involved 40 PPSU officers. "They will dredge channel and clean up trash and wild grass on the street," he finished.
